Every change to the site since it launched on September 28, 2026, newest first. It covers the US home page and the bonus terms audits.

  1. Update

    Bonus audits: clearer wording when an offer’s terms don’t say something, one-line tags on phones, and a footer that matches the home page. This site-wide changelog replaces the one that was on the home page. We also fixed unclear or inconsistent wording for Borgata, Bally’s, Four Winds, Hard Rock, Horseshoe and BetRivers, and added the lifetime deposit milestone rule, with official sources, for each state. We also corrected the standard promo rules for Borgata and BetMGM, which are public on each casino’s help site.

  2. Launch

    Bonus terms audits published for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, with a 0 to 10 clarity score for each casino audited.

  3. Update

    US home page: added a bonus terms clarity score to each casino audit, with a link to the full bonus audit for that state.

  4. Launch

    US home page published. License numbers are shown only where the regulator publishes them (New Jersey and West Virginia). For other states, we name the regulator only.

Location. The state selection tool uses your browser's geolocation API solely to determine which state you're physically located in. This check runs locally on your device. Your coordinates are never transmitted to any server, logged or stored in any form.

Cookies. This site doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or any third-party analytics scripts. No data about your browsing behavior is collected or shared with third parties.

External links. This site links to official state gaming commission websites and federal regulatory sources. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which we don't control.

No advertising. Northauditor carries no advertising and receives no payments from casinos for placement. No behavioral data is collected for ad targeting purposes.
