Does New Jersey cap bonus wagering requirements?
No. New Jersey’s rules (N.J.A.C. 13:69O) make casinos disclose their wagering requirements and which games count, and file them with the Division of Gaming Enforcement at least 5 business days before the promo starts. But there’s no maximum. In Great Britain, by contrast, wagering is capped at 10x.
Can a New Jersey casino cap your bonus winnings?
No. Once you’ve met the terms of a promotion, New Jersey law says the casino can’t cap or limit what you won.
What does a New Jersey casino have to file before running a bonus?
The full terms of each promo, at least 5 business days before it starts. At a minimum, they have to cover dates and times, how to sign up, who can take part, wagering requirements and which games count, the order in which deposited cash and bonus funds are used, eligible games, any limits on withdrawals, and how to cancel.
Do the bonus terms stay available after I accept the offer?
Yes. New Jersey requires promos to be written clearly, in plain language. The terms also have to stay available for you to check after you accept the offer, until the promo is over.
Can I cancel a bonus after I’ve started it?
